Winners Announced: The 31st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards

The Screen Actors Guild Awards presented its coveted actor statuettes at the 31st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, honouring outstanding stunt, individual, cast and ensemble performances for the past year. The 31st Annual SAG Awards, produced by Silent House Productions in partnership with SAG-AFTRA, was held at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles.
Actor and producer Kristen Bell returned to host the ceremony (she became the event’s inaugural host back in 2018) and opened with “Do You Want to be an Actor?” — a spoof of her Frozen song — which poked fun at the trials and tribulations of the profession while highlighting famous faces in early career roles and commercials. The awards ceremony also honoured first responders and the Los Angeles Fire Department, recognising their important efforts in the Los Angeles fires earlier this year. The ceremony was the second in a multi-year partnership between the SAG Awards and Netflix, which broadcast the red carpet and live ceremony.
